Enrollment Process
- Parents secure materials from the academy regarding its educational approach. Parents are required to read these materials carefully. They may be downloaded from this page for your convenience.
- Parents complete and submit to the academy office the Family Commitment Form and the Application for Admission with a non-refundable $100.00 per student application fee. (Additional fees will be assessed to maintain your student's place on the waiting list.) For students applying for enrollment in grade 2 through 6, copies of the student's most recent achievement testing results and report card are to accompany the completed application.
- Parents arrange for the Pastor's Recommendation Form to be completed and mailed to the academy office. An appointment for a family interview with the Headmaster or Assistant Headmaster cannot be scheduled until the Pastor Recommendation Form is received.
- If the child does not have acceptable current testing results for review, he will have to be evaluated by the Headmaster. An appointment for a student evaluation is made through the academy office.
- Parent and child meetings are scheduled by the Administrative Assistant to meet with the Headmaster or the Assistant Headmaster.
- If approved by the Headmaster, the parents will be scheduled to meet with members of the academy's Board of Directors for a final interview. Following that interview, parents will be notified in writing of the academy's enrollment decision.
- When applicable, additional fees will be assessed to maintain your student's place on the waiting list.
